Steve Eriksen - COO Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing
My name is Steve Eriksen, and I am currently the Chief Operating Officer at Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Harvey in my previous position as Sports Car Team Manager at Chip Ganassi Racing, working on the Cadillac DPi/LMDh prototype program. Prior to this position, I had a 30-year career at Honda culminating in my final eight years as VP and COO at Honda Performance Development, Inc.
Michael came on board Chip Ganassi Racing in the role of Competition Manager on the Cadillac Sports Car program. Michael proved to be an asset in the role as he brought his decades of experience in motorsport to bear on the program. He brought structure and discipline to the team at a crucial time as we expanded from a one-car effort to a two-car effort preparing for a parallel program in both IMSA and WEC in 2023. Michael’s wide and varied motorsport experience was beneficial in partnering with me on leading the Chip Ganassi factory effort for Cadillac. In the year we worked together, Chip Ganassi Racing were the best performing team for Cadillac while simultaneously undertaking the significant testing efforts necessary to prepare for the new era of prototype Sports Car racing.
I am confident in Michael’s skill set in helping an organization achieve its motorsport objectives and confident that he can provide any organization with great leadership to allow your group to achieve success.
Clayton Triggs - Director of Marketing RTR
I have known Michael personally & professionally since 1998 when we worked together at PPI Motorsports. At that time I was the Marketing Manager and have since gone on to become the Director of Marketing for some of the elite groups in Motorsports, working with major automotive manufacturers and Fortune 500 partners culminating in securing multimillion dollar budgets whilst suppling each partner with attractive ROI’s.
From my first encounter with Michael, it became apparent that he has an exemplary character: honest, driven, and passionate about aligning people with organizational objectives. Having worked with Michael twice since PPI I have been inspired by his intimate knowledge of how to put all the pieces in place to allow the elite groups to achieve success.
His compassionate leadership qualities and intimate knowledge of team structure is unique.
On a personal front I have and remain close friends with Michael, our relationship has continued to grow due in large part to the integrity and ethical approach Michael embraces, matching his uncanny knack of knowing how to instill success into each and every group he has been involved with.

Tyler Tadevic - President Truspeed Autosport
Greetings, by way of introduction my name is Tyler Tadevic and I am the owner and President of Truspeed Autosport. I have earned my living as a professional in the auto racing industry for the past 25 years and have been fortunate enough to compete at some of the highest levels of road racing in North America.
Michael worked for me from the beginning of 2007 through the end of 2008. He operated as the manager of our ChampCar team, where he oversaw all of the logistics and preparation for a two car team with over 50 employees. Additionally, Michael was integral in our marketing and sponsorship acquisition efforts. He has a significant amount of experience in both sponsorship acquisition and activation. Additionally, Michael is very capable in the technical aspect of operations and competition… Whether it be working on a car, tuning a car, finding sponsorship for a car, or fulfilling said items, Michael has a vast amount of experience and success, is very capable and is the quintessential professional.
I strongly recommend Michael as an employee, consultant, or partner. He is trustworthy, dedicated, timely, and extremely experienced. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with him, I strongly suggest you do so.
It’s my pleasure and privilege to have worked with Mr. Harvey and I am hopeful I will get to do so, again, in the future.
